Valley of Fire when it’s already 90

Valley of Fire is still one of my favorite parks.

If you’re going when it’s already hitting 90, get there early. Pack lunch, sit in the shaded picnic areas midday, and start hiking again in the late afternoon. Water, hats, sunscreen. Watch for bighorn sheep.
