Night Lights, twelve years

We went to Night Lights thinking it would be just a pretty lantern festival.

Standing there with hundreds of people, watching the sky slowly fill with glowing lanterns, felt so much bigger than we expected. Everyone looking up with the same joy. For a few minutes the whole night paused.

Such a special way to celebrate twelve years together.

Pro tip: don’t skip the s’mores kit. It made the wait-for-sunset part feel even cozier.
