Jackson Hole Aerial Tram

One of our favorite Grand Teton days technically wasn’t even inside the park.

We had skipped the Jackson Hole Aerial Tram on previous trips because I didn’t think the views from the top would be worth it.

I was completely wrong.

The Deets

• Adult tickets start at $67. Open 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Ticket includes the Bridger Gondola, so you can hike across and ride back down.
• Waffle at Corbet’s Cabin. Explore the summit. Watch the paragliders take off.
• North Ridge + Cirque trails: 1.8 miles one way, about 1,350 ft descent. Moderate-difficult, depending on your knees. Allow 1–2 hours.
• Dinner at Piste Mountain Bistro overlooking the valley, then the Bridger Gondola back to Teton Village. Reservations recommended, not required. Check current lift and restaurant hours.
